Brea approaches life as a spiritual being, embracing the human experience and standing up for freedom of the heart and boundless love. Her vision knows no limits, and she encourages others to love without boundaries or restrictions.
Her pursuits are rooted in the profound teachings of the Laika Shamans of the High Andes of Peru and the diverse forms of Tantra Yoga. She continuously explores and implements these ancient wisdom traditions, deepening my understanding and practice.

I started practicing yoga about thirteen years ago while in college. For the first several years of my practice, I studied Iyengar yoga, but eventually familiarized myself with other styles of yoga. Ready to take my personal practice to the next level, I started teaching about two and a half years ago. I got my RYT 200 last summer from the K. W. Yoga Teacher Training in Guanacaste, Costa Rica training in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga. However, my roots in Iyengar definitely shine through in my teaching. (This translates into I LOVE USING PROPS!) I love how teaching requires me to continuously progress in all aspects of yoga in order to keep up with my students. If there is one thing I have learned, it’s that we are all on this journey together. We are united. We are one. Namaste
